Depending on length of rental, distance, etc; and cancellation is usually 50% refund 60 days before event.
As of now we do not have a wheelchair accessible option but is on our list for the future.
We handle it all, most events have either power to plug in 120v or clients rent our generator for the event. We require 1-3 120v plugs, depending on if a heater or water heater is utilized.
We need a semi-firm ground and mostly level area for the trailer. No slope is preferred, we can handle slight slope with leveling jacks, area needs to be accessible with a 10’+ wide path and 11′ 5″ clearance height for truck and delivery.
All units are cleaned and sanitized prior to the next rental and delivery.
Delivery can take up to an hour depending on where, and the the details. We take great pride in setting up to make it the perfect event!
